OTU Offers Sexual Violence Training, chance to win $100
Ontario Tech University is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment for everyone in our university community. As part of this commitment, the Human Rights Office encourages everyone to complete the Sexual Violence Training Module to increase awareness and support prevention of sexual violence among the university community.
The training provides an opportunity to learn about sexual violence, consent, healthy and respectful relationships, available supports and resources, and the role each of us can play in creating a safer campus.
This year, the university is pleased to offer to students who complete the module by October 9 the module completion added to your Student Experience Record, which demonstrates to employers, among others, that you have the knowledge and awareness to help create a safe learning and working environment for all. I strongly encourage you to complete the module within that time.
Additionally, if you complete the module by October 9, you will be entered into a raffle for a $100 gift card among 5 draws!
