
Makers Market
Calling all student creators, makers, and side-hustlers! The Winter 2026 Maker’s Market is your chance to showcase and sell your handmade goods, art, and small-business creations to the Ontario Tech community.
On Tuesday, March 17, SCI West Atrium (the one with the bubble tea place) will transform into a student-powered marketplace featuring Ontario Tech–owned businesses. From original art and apparel to crafts, accessories, and more, this is your opportunity to connect with fellow students, build your brand, and find a unique gift for that certain someone.
🛍️ Vendor Applications Open: February 11–27 (or until capacity is reached)
📍 Event Date: Tuesday, March 17
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
📍 Location: SCI West Atrium
FOR VENDORS:
Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with table placement determined by sign-up order. This event is open to current Ontario Tech students only.
To participate, vendors must be:
- A current Ontario Tech student
- Promoting their own personal or small business
- Able to independently accept payments (cash, card, etc.)
- Compliant with all health and safety requirements
- Food and beverage vendors with non-shelf-stable products must hold a valid Food Handler’s Certification and supply proper temperature-control equipment
Registration will close once all spots are filled or by Friday, February 27 at 3:00 PM—so sign up early!
