Period Project Product Drive
Join the OTSU, the City of Oshawa, and Campus Health Promotions for our upcoming Period Product Drive in support of the Period Project. Together, we’re working to eliminate period poverty on campus and support the longevity of the Period Bank—an essential service providing free menstrual products to students in need.
Between March 9 and 12, donate unopened, non-expired menstrual products at one of our drop-off locations. Every contribution helps ensure students have access to essential hygiene products without financial stress.
Drop off locations
- Shawenjigewining Hall (SHA 115), 9:30am–5:00pm
- Charles Hall (CHA 106, by appointment)
- Oshawa City Hall, 50 Centre Street
The Period Project, launched in 2018, promotes menstrual equity by providing free pads and tampons through campus washroom dispensers and offering Period Bank kits (enough products for one cycle or one menstrual disk per academic year) to students facing financial hardship.
Help us reduce stigma, increase access, and support your fellow students. For more information, contact dianne.montecillo@ontariotechu.ca.

We'll be tabling during the drive dates in Shawenjigewning Hall and Charles Hall, so come say hi, learn more and drop off a donation if you're able. And check out our Period Project webpage for more.
This is a free community initiative—thank you for your generosity and support. 💙
