Menstrual Project Drive
Have you or someone you know struggled to afford menstrual products?
In partnership with Ontario Tech Athletics, we’re holding a Menstrual Project drive, calling on our community to help support students by donating menstrual products to students in need
If you’re able, please consider donating unopened, un-expired pads and tampons at either the OTSU main office in SHA 115, or in the CRWC between the front desk and the gym. A donation table will be set up in Shawenjigewining Hall on Wednesday Feb. 12.
All menstrual product donations will be matched by the Athletics department, effectively doubling your donation!
The OTSU’s Period Project aims to end period poverty on campus by providing students with access to free menstrual products. We provide most of the products ourselves, but creating menstrual equity is a whole-community effort.
Together, let’s defeat menstrual inequity, one period at a time! 💪
MENSTRUAL EQUITY FACTS*
